What is the discount applied?

Discounts are based against standard box office / peak rate prices, i.e. after 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday - Friday, all day Saturday & Sunday (unless otherwise stated). For Bank Holidays, weekend prices apply.

Discounts may be considerably less when vouchers are used at off peak times: i.e. before 5 p.m. Monday and Wednesday - Friday (unless otherwise stated) or where discounts are applied at weekends or other discounted times determined by the individual cinema chain.

How can I find my nearest cinema?

To search for Cinemas click on the link ‘find my nearest cinema’ simply enter your postcode and click search now. To change the search radius just drag the slider to alter the search radius, or amend the distance in miles.

To select a cinema simply click on any coloured icon. A white bubble will appear, simply click on ‘order tickets for this cinema’ to purchase tickets!

How many tickets can I purchase?

You can purchase 5 pairs of tickets per month, 5 Drink/Popcorn vouchers per month and 2 Unlimited Passes per month.

How long will it take for my tickets to arrive?

Delivery of tickets is normally within 3 – 4 working days from date of order, however occasionally delays can occur (see below, if your tickets do not arrive).

I have not received my tickets – what now?

Whilst delivery of tickets is normally within 3 – 4 working days from date of order, delays can occur. Please allow 14 days from date of order before contacting customerservices@cinemabenefits.com.

Replacements for tickets not received will only be issued if a notification has been sent to customerservices@cinemabenefits.com within 30 days from date of order.

Can I have my tickets delivered via email?

The only cinema chain we are able to offer e-tickets (eCodes) for, for delivery via email, is Cineworld. Tickets for all other cinema chains are paper ones that are delivered via 1st class post.

Why can’t I have my Cineworld eCodes delivered via sms?

Unfortunately this delivery service is not currently available.

How long are cinema tickets and Cineworld eCodes valid for?

We guarantee 6 months validity on all of our tickets and Cineworld eCodes.

Can I return or exchange the tickets or Cineworld eCodes if they expire?

Sadly no. You must use the tickets and Cineworld eCodes before they expire as we do not provide refunds or exchanges on expired items.

FAQ’S – Cineworld eCodes

What is a Cineworld eCode?

An eCode will allow customers to redeem their tickets directly at the box office or book their tickets online at www.cineworld.co.uk, tickets are then collected from the ATMs (collection terminal) at the cinema selected when booking the tickets.

Where can I use my eCode?

The eCodes are for use online or directly at the box office (Cineworld only at this time). eCodes used to book tickets online are subject to a per ticket booking/processing fee, eCodes redeemed directly at the box office incur no charges.

Can I gain a refund of my eCode?

A refund of codes is available providing the codes are unused and you let us know within 14 days of receiving your codes. An electronic check of the codes will be carried out and the codes disabled. A refund will be issued following disablement.

Can I change my tickets once I've used an eCode?

eCodes only become invalid on confirmation of booking. If you change the number of tickets after you have entered a valid eCode, but before you have confirmed the booking, the eCode will remain valid, however, you will be required to re-enter it.

My eCode appears to be invalid, what could the problem be?

There are a number of reasons that this may be the case:

  1. The eCode has been entered incorrectly
  2. The eCode has previously been used and is therefore invalid
  3. The eCode is not valid for that particular performance, or at that particular site – please refer to the exclusions you received in the email with the eCode.
  4. The eCode has expired; again please check the original communication.

Why do I require a credit card when I have already paid for my eCodes?

If you are booking your tickets online, a booking fee of 60p per ticket will be applied by Cineworld. You will require the debit/credit card used to purchase the tickets to confirm identity when printing from the ATM (collection terminal) at your local Cineworld.

How can I obtain an eCode?

These will be supplied by cinemabenefits.com when delivery via email has been selected and the transaction completed. Cineworld are not responsible for their distribution. If you have lost your eCode please contact cinema benefits using the contact us option or log into your cinema benefits account and locate the transaction, your eCodes are listed within the transaction.

Can I apply more than one eCode per purchase?

In most instances you may apply more than one eCode per booking – but not to the same ticket. You must enter each eCode individually and click 'Apply' after each eCode entered.

Will any additional fees be applied when purchasing my tickets online?

Yes, a booking fee of 60p per ticket will be applied to your booking.

How long is my eCode valid?

Your eCode is valid for a minimum of 6 months from date of purchase.

Is my eCode valid for all performances?

Depending on the type of eCode you have purchased will depend on the type of film you wish to redeem your code against. 2D eCodes will allow you to pre book a standard 2D performance; a 3D eCode will be redeemable against 2D & 3D performances. eCodes are not valid for Premium Priced Content (Including, D-Box, 4DX, IMAX, Super Screen, Special Advance Screenings, Delux Screens or VIP Boxes).
